Listen to the brief reading by Eckhart Tolle of his book A New Earth. Summarise his thoughts about the origins and end of suffering. Use problem-solution summary to frame your summary.

Use the three level lighthouse to categorise the three levels of meaning about the nature of suffering, the effects of suffering, and the origins of suffering that can be deducted from Eckhart’s teaching.

Complete a SWOT for one of the areas of Eckhart’s teachings.

Compare and contrast these teachings with Buddhist teachings about suffering using the comparison matrix.
